HORIZON Dispatch provides a clean and professional interface to efficient group or individual communications and location tracking for Hytera PoC radios on the HORIZON nationwide subscription Push-to-Talk over Cellular service.
HORIZON Dispatch supports instant group calling as well as individual calling, texting, and sharing images. HORIZON Dispatch leverages the GPS built into Hytera PoC devices for tracking of driver locations and travel routes with time stamps.
Instant Nationwide Group Calling
HORIZON Dispatch provides nationwide group calling from one or more dispatchers with pre-programmed or dynamic call groups. Provides instant calling with a customized calling area where the dispatcher can create commonly used groups for dispatch operations. Supports full-duplex (both users can speak any time) calls to individuals and half-duplex group calls.
GPS Fleet Tracking
HORIZON Dispatch can track multiple user locations and travel routes with time stamps to manage and dispatch vehicle fleets and remote workers. Supports real-time speed and direction with customizable speeding alarms. Dispatchers can draw geofences on the map to define boundaries for territories and service areas. Alarms can be generated when users enter or leave geofenced areas. Using Google maps, dispatchers can align resources to the closest job site and direct drivers around traffic jams.
Call Recording and Storage
HORIZON Dispatch supports call record storage and reporting to instantly review, play, search, and export logs for calls, messages, emergency alarms, geofencing alarms, and overspeed alarms. Export reports to create tables, statistics, and graphs for group and individual call counts.
Multimedia Capabilities
HORIZON Dispatch supports sharing images and videos with other users and dispatchers to fully visualize situations and solve problems. Send and receive free-form or pre-configured text messages to groups or individuals.
