About MOCO Communications
MOCO COMMUNICATIONS, INC. was formed and incorporated by Eric Franks in 2024 with a vision to provide dependable, modern communication solutions and technical services for public safety agencies, businesses, and organizations.
In January 2025, MOCO Communications acquired Fine Communications Company, a well-established communications service provider originally founded in the mid-1990s. Eric Franks has worked closely with Fine Communications since 2016, gaining extensive hands-on experience in two-way radio systems, service, and communications infrastructure.
Alongside Eric, Lead Technician Jim Rodgers, who has been with the company since 2016, brings years of technical expertise and field experience. Together, they continue the tradition of reliable service and technical excellence that customers have trusted for decades.
To maintain continuity and honor the relationships built over many years, the company continues to operate under the Fine Communications Company name as well. This allows long-standing customers to continue receiving the same dependable service and support they have come to expect.
